Founder & President
Farah Karim, Dr. Farhan Karim’s sister, founded the organization in honor of her brother in 2023.
She is a Manager in Accenture's Retail Consulting practice. She graduated with a BA in Economics & Mathematics from NYU’s College of Arts and Science and a MBA in Finance, Strategy & Luxury Marketing from NYU Stern’s School of Business.

Dr. Karim, Dr. Farhan Karim’s mother, received her medical degree from Madurai Medical College in Madurai, India. She came to the US in 1979 and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Flushing Hospital in Queens. She has had her medical practice in Queens for 40 years.
She was Dr. Farhan Karim’s inspiration for becoming a physician.

SecretaryDr. Anis graduated with a BS in Neuroscience from Smith College and MD from Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine.
She completed her Family Medicine residency at Northwestern in Chicago, IL. She is now an attending physician at UCLA Health in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Anis was a mentee of Dr. Farhan Karim, as his only maternal cousin to become a physician. She consulted him in every step of her medical career.
